Relax Kids gives children access to a variety of simple, yet effective techniques for relaxation, mindfulness and stress management that are developed and delivered in a fun and creative way.
We believe that relaxation, mindfulness and a positive outlook are the keys to good mental health, self esteem and emotional resilience.
Our mission is to give children and young people the tools they need to help them manage stress and anxiety and to be more resourceful and resilient when facing the challenges of daily life. We want to build character, confidence, increase self awareness and empathy towards others.
We want children and young people to feel happier, more positive and empowered with skills for life!
The classes are fun too! They follow a unique and award winning 7 step system which takes them from high energy to a state of calm and relaxation; through movement, games, stretching, breathing exercises, massage, affirmations and visualisations.
Apart from private classes and work in schools, we can also offer courses or one off sessions in nurseries, youth groups, for voluntary and health organisations, for children, young people or adults.

Our classes are supported by a great range of books and CDs to help support relaxation, build self esteem, help anger management or create calm bedtimes.
